Building district-scale copper, from first claim to development.

426 Holdings LLC acquires, explores and develops copper districts — consolidating large land positions around mineralized systems with the scale to support multiple deposits and long-life operations.

01 — Strategy

Districts, not single deposits.

Major copper systems rarely stand alone. Porphyry, skarn and related deposits tend to cluster, and the value of a district is realized when its land position is consolidated, explored systematically and advanced as a whole.

We assemble those positions early, apply disciplined geological work to rank and drill targets, and advance the strongest assets toward resource definition, technical studies and development — alone or with strategic partners.

Electrification and grid expansion depend on new copper supply. Our aim is to help bring it on from well-understood, responsibly developed districts.

02 — Approach

One platform across the project life cycle.

I.

Acquisition

Identifying under-explored copper districts and consolidating claims, concessions and option agreements into coherent, district-scale land packages.

II.

Exploration

Mapping, geochemistry, geophysics and drilling designed to test whole systems — building the geological model that defines where value sits across the district.

III.

Development

Advancing priority deposits through resource estimation, NI 43-101 technical studies, permitting and project finance, with partnerships structured to unlock value.

03 — What we look for

Investment criteria

  1. 01
District-scale footprintLand positions large enough to host multiple deposits and support long-life production.
  2. 02
Proven copper systemsPorphyry Cu(-Au-Mo), skarn and related styles with demonstrated mineralization or strong geological indicators.
  3. 03

  4. 04
Infrastructure accessProximity to power, water, roads and rail that keeps development capital realistic.
  5. 05
Early to advanced stageFrom grassroots targets to projects with historical drilling or defined resources.

04 — Responsibility

Long-term districts need long-term relationships.
